We’re making a small but powerful shift this month. Instead of launching Bounce-Ology as its own separate class, we’re rolling it directly into the Wine & Vibe schedule.
What does that mean? Some Saturdays will be twerk-centered (Bounce-Ology energy) and others will lean into heels-focused choreography — but the vibes stay the same. Same confidence. Same release. Same community. Same scientifically proven healing powers of movement and music.Different focus. Same Goddess energy. Always.

This month, we’re proudly spotlighting Lachanee Davis-Frazier — founder of BuckOut Cleveland, newly appointed Head Coach of Dancing Dolls Alabama, and someone I’m blessed to call a friend.
Lachanee represents vision, discipline, and bold leadership. From building BuckOut Cleveland into a force in the dance community to stepping into a major coaching role on a national stage, she continues to show what happens when passion meets preparation.
Her journey is a reminder that women can lead, build, and elevate — all while staying grounded in community. We celebrate her wins, her work ethic, and the doors she’s opening for the next generation of dancers.
