Welcome to Goddess Dance & Fitness! My name is Peaches, and I'm the proud owner of this fitness studio. Our goal is to provide a safe space for you to not only work on your fitness goals, but also increase your flexibility and self-confidence. We offer a variety of classes and programs designed to help all individuals, regardless of their skill level, improve their overall health and well-being. Our supportive and inclusive community is eager to help you achieve your goals.

My personal relationship with dance started as a young child cheering and performing with my local neighborhood team. As I got older, dance became less about performing and more about freedom. Time went on, and while I taught dance at my aunt's summer camp, I found my love for teaching. Helping others find their confidence and grow their love of dance became my passion. In 2008, Goddess Dance & Fitness was created with the goal of assisting others in improving their physical and mental well-being through dance and movement.
